“All garment measurements and orders are handled through our authorized partners. Once your local specialist has taken your measurements, they’ll place the order on your behalf and handle delivery timelines.”

Lead Times
“Custom garments are made to measure in Europe and typically ship within 8–14 business days after your order is placed by your local retailer.”
Returns & Exchanges

No returns, exchanges, or refunds are possible once your custom order has been placed.

Exceptions: If an accredited LIPOLINE partner makes a measurement error, or if the finished garment does not fit as intended, we will either:

Remake the product at no additional cost, or

Issue a full refund.
