LIPOLINE designs and distributes 100% custom-made compression garments via our network of authorized partners. All orders and fittings are handled in person by specialist retailers; no direct online sales occur through this Site.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form legally binding contracts. By using our Site, you warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. User Accounts
– Creation of an account is optional but may be required to request information or book appointments.
– You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
– Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Appointments & Measurements
– All garment orders require an in-person consultation with an authorized LIPOLINE partner for precise measurements.
– Appointment bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the partner.
6. Orders, Pricing & Payment
– Pricing is provided by the partner at the time of consultation, based on the garment model and measurement complexity.
– Payment is collected directly by the partner (e.g., card, PayPal), not via this Site.
– All custom orders are final sale, except as specified under our Returns & Exchanges and Refund Policy.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
– No returns, exchanges, or refunds after the order is placed, except if:

A partner’s measurement error occurs, or

The garment is defective or fails to fit as intended despite correct measurements.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos—is the property of LIPOLINE or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
