Refund Policy

  • Final Sale: All custom-made orders are final and non-refundable once placed.

  • Eligible Refunds: A full refund will be issued if:

    1. An accredited LIPOLINE partner has made an error in your measurements, or

    2. The garment is defective or fails to fit as intended despite correct measurements.

  • Requesting a Refund:

    • First contact the official retailer that has placed your order and done the measurement session.

    • Contact us within 14 days of delivery at sales@lipoline.fr.

    • Provide your name last name, photos of the garment in question, and a description of the issue.

  • Refund Process:

    • Upon verification, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

    • If you prefer a remake instead of a refund, let us know—your replacement garment will be produced free of charge.

Please retain all packaging and shipment labels until your claim is resolved. If you have any questions, our team is here to help.
